Cylinder Weight Correction System The Unit consists of the following :

  • Electronic weighing scale - platform type (similar to the check scale) with roller conveyors and a cylinder holding frame attached to it.
  • LPG connection from LPG cylinder filling line.
  • Three way valve with non-return valve
  • Isolation valves on either side of three-way valve
  • Pneumatic valve for LPG cut off
  • Flexible hose and manually operated filling cum Evasuation Gun.
  • Air supply at 5 - 7 kg/cm²

General Description :

Filled cyclinders found either over or under filled on the check weighing scale are diverted to the weight correction unit. Here the over filled cyclinders are evacuated to the correct weight and the under filled cyclinders are further filled to the correct weight.
