Check Weighing Scale (Cylinder Weight Check Scale)

General description :

Can be supplied as a unit standalone check weighing scale or as an online check scale supplied with pneumatic lifting table arrangement for online operation along chain conveyor system.
As soon as a filled cylinder nears it, it activates a pneumatic sensor, which in turn opens the air supply valve to the lifying table pneumatic circuit. The lifting table starts rising just as the filled cylinder is centered on it and thereby lifts the cylinder for weight check.

After a pre-determined time interval the lifting table comes down and the chain conveyor carries the cylinder forward to the next stage of inspection. Simultaneously, the next cylinder in line has entered the check scale section and the check scale starts once again.

The time interval set, is given so as to allow for proper time to read the gross weight of the cylinder on the LED display.

If the filled cylinder is correct ist is allowed to pass on. If it is either under-filled or over-filled, it is pushed by the operator along the roller conveyor to the weight adjustment unit
